Research shows that the quality of people’s attention and self-awareness directly affects the quality of their performance and relationships at work. Engaging your people in one of our workshops or training courses is proven to equip them with the tools they need to notice when they’re on ‘autopilot’ as well as increase their level of focus and attention. Having people learn these practices can provide a significant step change in supporting your workforce to be more effective in managing negative thought and behaviour patterns, and develop more helpful responses to stress and feelings of anxiety – increasing overall levels of both wellbeing and performance across your organisation. Our training for the mind has been developed specifically for the workplace and also improves decision- making, emotional intelligence and inter-personal skills for people at all levels.

I integrate learning and insights from mind strengthening practices to coach leaders and senior managers in seeing new and smart ways to use their strengths and energy so they can be more purposeful in leading with clarity, creativity and compassion in the service of others. I am skilled in encouraging leaders to explore ways in which they can be more intentional in developing their leadership approach so they lead with greater presence and impact. I help them to connect with their ability to build greater levels of self-awareness so they are more conscious of how their communications and interactions influence others.

I regularly bring these areas of expertise together and share my knowledge as a university lecturer and public speaker.

I have lectured MPA/MBA students and leadership teams on “Leading Mindfully” and delivered Mindful Meditation taster sessions at Well-Being conferences and events. I speak with passion and authority drawing on academic theories of leadership, as well as neuroscience and coaching disciplines to engage the audience in new ways to perceive their thought processes and how they can use this insight to better manage themselves.
